Mary Ellen Ziliak is an RN, writer, MS Ambassador, motivational speaker, and an artist who can't pass up a gallery. Her job titles have included Director of Nursing for a nunnery to tattoo artist and rat handler. As she puts it, "true life is crazy enough," so nonfiction is her pen of choice.
"MS: Beyond the Red Door" is her first book, a memoir, co-authored with good friend and ER physician, Dr. Rick Yeager. Both live life well with the chronic, often debilitating disease of multiple sclerosis (MS).
